Autocad MEP 2009 – Fatal Error: Out of memory – shutting down

Just as I finished updating my Autocad MEP 2009 I immediately execute the shiny Autocad MEP 2009 icon, choose a drawing file from our cad server and pooff…… I was welcomed by the new friendly Autocad Error Aborting dialog box – FATAL ERROR: Out of memory – shutting down. :(

This is not a good sign.
